The Forum for Redressal of Consumer Grievances for Reliance Infrastructure Consumers established as per Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission's (Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum & Electricity Ombudsman) Regulations. 2003.

Consumers of Reliance Infrastructure Ltd. not satisfied with the remedy provided by the internal Grievance Redressal Cell (IGR Cell) of Rinfra to his grievance shall within a period of 2 months from date of intimation to IGR Cell submit the grievance to this Forum.
